The à la carte Restaurant Ritter with its unique garden terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountains of Kandersteg and a fine selection of Swiss and international dishes. Under the direction of our highly decorated head chef Michel Brossard, you can look forward to carefully crafted creations that combine seasonal and regional products with outstanding culinary craftsmanship.

Choose from a rich and varied selection: whether fish, meat, pasta, soup, or salad – every gourmet guest will find just the right delight. We also offer a balanced children’s menu for our younger guests.

Opening Hours
The restaurant is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 p.m. During the high season we are open daily; outside the high season the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We recommend booking a table in advance, especially during high season and on weekends.
