Fire Safety and Emergencies:
The Belle Epoque Hotel Victoria is equipped with a modern fire alarm system.
In the event of a fire:
Stay calm.
Never use the elevator; always use the designated escape routes.
Inform the reception of the location of the fire.
If possible, extinguish the fire using a fire extinguisher or fire blanket.
Leave the building quickly and in an orderly manner.
Additional information:
Emergency plans are displayed in central areas throughout the hotel. Familiarize yourself with the escape routes and assembly points.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking by open windows or in enclosed spaces is prohibited.
Handling Property / Theft
For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed in various locations.
Theft:
Any theft will be reported to the authorities without exception. Serious offenses will result in immediate dismissal.
Inspections:
The management reserves the right to conduct random luggage inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Visitors in Staff Areas:
External visitors are only allowed in staff rooms with explicit permission from management.
Visitors who enter with permission are subject to the same security regulations, including property protection policies.
Accident Prevention and Safety:
Report any defective equipment or unsafe working conditions immediately to your supervisor.
Always maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
Hygiene and Personal Care:
Cleanliness and a well-groomed appearance are essential for your work.
Regular personal care: A subtle deodorant is recommended; however, strong perfumes should be avoided.
Dress code: Uniforms must always be clean and neat.
